Named after an imperial courtyard where royalty once gathered for grand banquets, Yan Ting unveils an exclusive four-hands collaboration with Chef Daniel Wong of One MICHELIN-starred Jin Xuan Chinese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong, alongside Executive Chinese Chef Chan Chung Shing of Yan Ting.
This collaboration features a menu which revives forgotten indigenous ingredients of Cantonese cuisine, reimagining ancestral heritage with contemporary elegance.
