Fabio Granata’s passion for the culinary arts began in 1988, where he spent years honing his craft before becoming the chef-owner of Restaurant L’Arsenale in Lombardy, Italy.
He joined The St. Regis Singapore in 2014 and held several leadership positions prior to assuming the role of Executive Chef in 2022. Chef Fabio brings with him more than three decades of culinary experience, specializing in fine Italian classics with Mediterranean influences.
