Currently the Executive Pastry Chef of The St. Regis Singapore, Ng Chee Leong brings over two decades of culinary experience. Chef Chee Leong has represented Singapore in numerous prestigious pastry competitions such as the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in 2009, and the Asia Pastry Cup in 2008 where he clinched Overall Champion and Best Chocolate Cake.
He joined The St. Regis Singapore in 2014. In his free time, Chef Chee Leong mentors students at his alma mater and was honored with a Mentoring Excellence Award for his contributions in 2024.

Chef Vladmir Veiga began his professional culinary training at the age of 17. In 2012, he joined The Ritz-Carlton, Penha Longa Resort as a kitchen assistant, supporting banquets and several of the property’s restaurants. He returned in 2016 to join LAB by Sergi Arola as a Sous Chef and was appointed Head Chef in 2018.
